The À Capucha! brand does not guarantee that the services provided by this website will function uninterruptedly or that it does not contain errors, viruses or other elements that we may not be able to control.
The website’s content is strictly for personal use only and the user is not authorized and is completely prohibited from publishing, reproducing, divulging, distributing or making the contents accessible to third parties by any other means, with the intent of public communication or commercialization, namely by posting it on another website, online service, bulletin board or message board or in printed format. The user is also prohibited from transforming the website’s content in any way.
It is expressly prohibited that the user create or introduce on this website any type of virus or program that may damage it; or suggests that a third party do so. In Portugal, we accept the following forms of payment: ATM Reference, Bank Transfer and Credit Card. For the rest of the world, we accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card.
The customer’s purchase will be shipped to the address provided by the customer via Delnext and the À Capucha! shipping costs can be consulted here. Once the customer’s purchase has been shipped, an email with the order’s tracking number will be sent to the customer. Our estimated delivery time is about 3-4 weeks. À Capucha! is not responsible for custom charges or any kind of tax applied to products shipped outside of the EU. If the delivery time is missed, a new delivery will be set up for the next day or for a day of the customer’s choice within a 7 day time limit. The customer must use the notice left in their mailbox in order to reschedule the delivery. If the order is not delivered within 7 days after the date of the first delivery attempt, it will be returned to À Capucha! and resending it will mean a higher price.
À Capucha! understands that sometimes there is the need to exchange an item, due to sizes, color or other issues. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the customer can exchange it within 15 days of receipt. In order to do so, the customer must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send an exchange form that must be included in the exchange package. The item must be in perfect conditions and have never been worn. The item must be sent via Postal Service or any other Delivery Service that permits order tracking to: À Capucha! / Rua do Pinheiro, 75 / 4050-484 Porto, Portugal. The costs associated to this delivery are the customer’s responsibility, as are the shipping costs associated to the item that the customer wishes to exchange for. Once À Capucha! has received the item and have confirmed its condition, we will proceed with the exchange.
À Capucha! understands that sometimes there is the need to return an item, due to sizes, color or other issues. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the customer can return it within 15 days of receipt. In order to do so, the customer must email us at email@example.com so we can send a return form that must be included in the return package. The item must be in perfect conditions and have never been worn. The item must be sent via Postal Service or any other Delivery Service that permits order tracking to: À CAPUCHA! / Rua do Pinheiro, 75 / 4050-484 Porto, Portugal. The costs associated to this delivery are the customer’s responsibility. Once À Capucha! has received the item and has confirmed its condition, the payment will be reimbursed in 1-7 days.
